Program

Protect Your Kin Alerts is the text-message program run by Protect Your Kin. It exists for one purpose: to follow up on a request you made on protectyourkin.com. We do not send texts to people who have not submitted our form.

How you opt in

You opt in by completing the questionnaire on our website, entering your mobile number, and clicking the submit button beneath this disclosure, which appears in full directly above the button:

By clicking "See My Coverage Plan," I consent by electronic signature to receive marketing communications about insurance products by autodialed or pre-recorded calls, texts, or email from Protect Your Kin, its affiliates, and its marketing and insurance partners at the number and email provided, even if listed on a Do-Not-Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase; message/data rates may apply, and I can revoke consent anytime by replying STOP. I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

The Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions are linked from that disclosure. We store the exact text, the date and time, your IP address, and the page you submitted from as your consent record. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and the form cannot be submitted without the disclosure being shown.

What we send

Messages about your request: confirmation that we received it, the licensed adviser handling it introducing themselves, scheduling and reminders, and follow-up about the coverage you asked about. Occasionally, information about closely related insurance products. Examples:

• “Protect Your Kin: Thanks, Jordan. A licensed adviser will text or call you shortly about your request from protectyourkin.com. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.”
• “Hi Jordan, it’s Sam with Protect Your Kin. I have your request in front of me. Do you have ten minutes this week to go through it? Reply STOP to opt out.”

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month depending on where your request is.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check your carrier plan for details. We do not charge for texts.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT all work. You will receive one confirmation text and nothing further. You can also stop calls and emails by telling the adviser who contacts you, by using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to privacy@protectyourkin.com. Every method is listed on our Unsubscribe page.

Your number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, other than the providers that deliver our messages on our behalf. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on all major U.S. carriers.

Do-Not-Call

Your consent allows contact even if your number is on a national or state Do-Not-Call registry. Revoking consent as described above ends that permission. We keep an internal do-not-contact list and honour it.
